South Africa’s Lars Veldwijk will get a taste of playing against Premier League opposition this month.
The Suwon FC striker will face off against the likes of Harry Kane and Heung-min Son during a special exhibition match.
As reported by KickOff, Veldwijk was selected as part of a 24-man K League team to take on Tottenham Hotspur on 12 July. K League is the South Korean main league.
Veldwijk is only one of five foreigners who were selected for the All-Star K League side. The exhibition match will take place at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.

The Bafana Bafana striker was the K League’s second-highest goal scorer for the past season with 18 goals.
With the new season already kicking off in South Korea, Veldwijk has already scored two goals and notched up five assists.
He has been extremely lethal in front of goal in Korea and even ended the 2021 calendar year as the leading South African goal scorer in the world.
His performances recently also earned him a nomination for the FIFA 22 team of the season, Soccer Laduma reported.
