Mozambique’s Luis Miquissone has had doubts cast over his future at Al Ahly after the departure of Mosimane.
It’s understood that Miquissone is deemed surplus to requirements at Al Ahly and the Egyptian side are willing to sell the player or let him out on loan.
The Citizen now reports that the former Mamelodi Sundowns man has been offered to Kaizer Chiefs.

The Amakhosi have hinted at bringing in more players before the new season started and are reportedly interested in Miquissone, a source told the publication.
“Kaizer Chiefs are said to be interested in him after he was offered to them and Al Ahly are open to the idea of selling him to them,” said the source.
Miquissone’s former side, Simba SC, are also believed to be looking at the possibility of bringing the player back to Tanzania.
Football journalist @MickeyJnr reported that Simba will contact Al Ahly next week to discuss a move for Miquissone.
Percy Tau, another of Mosimane’s signings, is also said to be unsettled after the South African coach left and could be departing the club as well.
