Yanga, fondly known as Timu ya Wananchi ended the 2021-22 campaign without picking a single defeat and went on to lift Tanzania's top-flight league title.
According to Goal, the Nabi Nesreddine-tutored side took part in 30 rounds of matches in the 16-member league, picking an incredible 22 wins as eight of the fixtures ended in a draw.
Yanga subsequently racked up 74 points, beating bitter rivals Simba to the league title by 13 points.
