Harry Maguire has relieved the horrors he faced after a bomb threat at his residence forced the Manchester United defender to flee his home for a few days.
The Manchester United defender was severely criticized for his poor form by supporters with some taking it a notch higher by threatening the 29-year-old defender with a bomb.
According to a report via the Daily Mirror, Maguire has now spoken about the incident for the first time and insisted the line has been crossed after his family was threatened.
“We know we are under the most scrutiny. I totally accept criticism when we concede goals or make mistakes, I’m big enough to accept people getting on my back and saying I can improve.
“There is a line where we are human beings, I do have a family. People ask if it affects me. My mentality is that it doesn’t affect me too much but when it comes to bomb threats, it is more about family.”
