Chidozie Awaziem has assured all Nigerian football lovers that he and his teammates in the Super Eagles won't let them down in their next international friendly against Ecuador in America.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face Ecuador in the early hours of Friday, 3 June, in New Jersey and the encounter is expected to be a tough battle between these two nations.
In the first friendly game, the Super Eagles played last Saturday, the three-time African champions suffered a 2-1 defeat against Mexico, with defender Ekong netting an own goal.
The tie was also Jose Peseiro's first game in charge of the Super Eagles since he replaced former Nigeria international Austin Eguavoen.
According to the reports on Complete Sports and Naija News, Chidozie Awaziem explained that the Super Eagles will try to defeat Ecuador in the next game.

“We are all prepared for the second game against Ecuador and training session went well.
“Everyone was ready in training and it was really a tough one. But I hope we will all be ready for the game against Ecuador and everyone is really in a good shape.
“Nigerians should expect nothing but the best. We always giving our best to come out with victory. As we know Super Eagles, we always want to win and this is our culture and we always want to give our best even if it is a friendly or in competitions.”
