Eden Hazard has offered a message of optimism to Real Madrid fans after their Champions League triumph. Hazard assured the fans that next season will be his chance to show the world what he is capable of.
The winger was signed from Chelsea in 2019 but has endured a difficult three years in Madrid due to constant injuries. This season, the Belgian has only started seven games. Vinicius Junior has enjoyed a remarkable campaign that Hazard has had to contend with a place on the bench.
But speaking during Real Madrid’s Champions League trophy parade and as quoted by Evening Standard, Hazard insisted that next season things will be better.
These have been three difficult years but next year I will give everything for you guys. I’m sure that next year will be mine. I have no doubts.
Real Madrid were celebrating their record 14th Champions League title at the Plaza de Cibeles in Spain. The likes of Marcelo, Karim Benzema, Vinicius Junior and head coach Carlo Ancelotti had already spoken when Hazard requested for an opportunity to talk to deliver his message.
The Los Blancos will be hoping that the 31-year-old can rediscover his Chelsea form. Hazard was consistently one of the best players in the Premier League during his seven-year spell in London. He left Chelsea after winning two Premier League titles, two Europa League and a couple of other domestic cups.

FootballChelsea set to bag a huge sum of money after Real Madrid’s win
Sports Brief had earlier reported that despite officially losing the 'Champions of Europe' tag, Chelsea are in line to pocket a significant sum of money from Real Madrid's Champions League triumph over Liverpool.
The windfall originates from Eden Hazard's 2019 summer transfer to Santiago Bernabeu.
The Belgian playmaker sealed a dream move to the Bernabeu three years ago in a deal costing an initial £88.5m, but which included several add-ons that could take the full price to more than £130m.
