The Berekum-born attacker crowned an eventful season with his first trophy since turning professional, which also makes him the youngest ever Ghanaian to win a European trophy.
In photos posted on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, an excited Afena-Gyan could not hide his joy of annexing the inaugural Conference League with AS Roma.
Although Felix did not play a part in Roma's 1-0 win over Dutch giants Feyenoord on the night, the 19-year-old forward was actively involved in the team's celebrations.
In a breakthrough season for the teen sensation, he mustered three appearances for the Giallorssi in the Conference League.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Jose Mourinho has spoken highly of Ghanaian teen sensation Felix Afena-Gyan following his breakthrough campaign with Italian giants AS Roma.
The AS Roma manager gave the 19-year-old his first-team debut when he came on as a second-half substitute against Cagliari in November last year.
The Black Stars forward has not looked back since, with Jose Mourinho praising his talent while revealing why he bought him the pair of Balenciaga shoes.
