Divock Origi is regarded as a cult hero amongst Liverpool fans for his string of iconic goals for the Reds, most notably the UEFA Champions League semi-finals winner against Barcelona in 2019.
The Belgian forward has however struggled to seal a starting berth at Anfield behind the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, and Roberto Firminho.
The arrival of Luis Diaz from FC Porto in January also cast the 27-year-old Belgian down the pecking order at Liverpool following the Colombian’s superb form since his arrival.
According to the Liverpool Echo, Jurgen Klopp has now confirmed Origi will depart the club when his contract with Liverpool runs out at the end of the season.
In his time at Liverpool, Divock Origi won the UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, League Cup, and FA Cup trophies.

According to Sky Sports, Jurgen Klopp has confirmed the club’s injured players are already back to fitness, although it is unclear if they will feature this weekend against Wolves.
Mohamed Salah, Joe Gomes, and Virgil van Dijk were all battling with knocks but have now returned to fitness in time as Liverpool aims to win a record quadruple.

The 27-year-old has decided to end his 7-year stint with the Reds to seek more playing opportunities elsewhere after failing to pin down a starting shirt at Liverpool.
Divock Origi has now agreed personal terms with AC Milan, turning down the possibility to stay in the Premier League in order to join the Seria A club.
