The Serbian striker made headlines last week when news broke that he had jumped ship to Royal AM.

The Citizen now reports that the Amakhosi and the player’s agent are still in discussion regarding extending his contract at the club, hence they have yet to comment on the issue.

Nurković is in the last month of his contract with the Amakhosi and free to negotiate with other teams. Many believed that was the case yesterday when KickOff reported the Serbian would be heading to KwaZulu-Natal to join the ambitious Royal AM outfit.
Royal AM’s Chief Executive Officer Sinky Mnisi has now also rubbished the reports of the Serbian’s signing, Goal.com reported. He added that he was the one who signed players at the club and knew nothing of it.
