Bukayo Saka has gone personal about his life as the Arsenal star has given little insight into what matters to him outside the football field.
The 20-year-old who is born to Nigerian parents but plays for the English national team says music is his biggest morale booster as he is an ardent listener of Afrobeats.
According to a report via Soccernet, Saka revealed his top 3 Afrobeat songs and which includes C-kay’s “Emiliana”, Burna Boy and Wizkid’s “B’Dor (Ballon D’Or)” and Lojay’s Monalisa.
“My last three songs are… they are all Afrobeats really. One is called Emiliana, the other is called Ballon D’Or. The last is called Monalisa. And also I’ll give a shout-out to Peru remix by Fireboy and Ed Sheeran.
”I use music for everything. I use it in the shower, I use it on the way to games, I use is before games. I can use music anywhere, especially Afrobeats. It makes you feel good, makes you happy, smile, dance.”
Saka has scored 9 goals for Arsenal in the English Premier League this season and is regarded as one of the brightest young players in the EPL.
