Manchester United have reportedly joined Arsenal in the race to sign English defender Max Aarons who currently plays for Premier League side Norwich City.

The Old Trafford landlords must however be aware that Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also said to be monitoring Max Aarons and could make their move in the summer.

Max Aarons is currently having two more years left on his contract at Norwich City.

But with Norwich City struggling to keep their status this season in the Premier League, the club's chiefs could be open to sell Max Aarons at the end of the season.

Before the start of the ongoing Premier League season, Barcelona and Roma were said to have shown interest in signing Max Aarons, but Norwich City refused to sell.

Norwich City have played 31 games this season in the Premier League and they are occupying 20th position with 21 points and will need miracle to escape relegation.
