Nigerian international Asisat Oshoala has been named among female football stars who featured in a documentary titled ‘Icons’ on FIFA+.
Complete Sports reports that FIFA+ is a digital platform launched by the world’s football governing body in a bid to link fans across the world to football-related content.
The platform is expected to stream live matches, interactive games, video content, storytelling, news and information across the men and women's game.
Nigeria’s Oshoala was featured on the platform in a documentary called ‘Icons’ chronicling the lives and careers of five female footballers including Wendie Renard (France), Lucy Bronze (England), Carli Lloyd (Usa), Sam Kerr (Australia).
In the one minute trailer, the aforementioned players narrated their various forays into football.
Oshoala has scored 19 goals in 16 Laliga games this season.
