Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo is doing everything possible to inspire his teammates to continue the fight for a top-four finish in the Premier League, Mirror reports.
The top scorer at Old Trafford is driving his teammates and has applauded “a great training session” as they prepare for their weekend’s fixture against Everton.
Ronaldo returned to Manchester United having spent 12 years away at Spanish club Real Madrid and Italian side Juventus as he was handed the No.7 shirt again.
However, the Red Devils have been struggling in the English topflight as everything seems not to be going the way he expected.
The 37-year-old found the back of the net 18 times this season, but despite his brilliance in front of the goal, he has been criticised.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has shared an image on social media of himself in the gym with compatriot Diogo Dalot.
