Ghana's national football team, the Black Stars have arrived safely in Accra after their successful World Cup play-off against Nigeria.

The four times African champions sealed qualification to the World Cup after a 1-1 draw in Abuja against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

In a video posted on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, the players and the entire management team arrived in the middle of the night to a rapturous Welcome.

Thomas Partey popped a champagne immediately he stepped out of the plane as the players and fans celebrated the moment.
