Barcelona forward Memphis Depay was involved in a social media gaffe after he accidentally shared a video that featured a naked Gerard Pique on Instagram.

The former Man United star posted the embarrassing video shortly after Barcelona thrashed Osasuna 4-0 in the La Liga.

Barca stars decided to extend the celebrations to the dressing room, with Depay deciding to give fans a glimpse of how things went down off the pitch.

In the short video which has since gone viral, Depay can be seen posing alongside teammate Dani Alves as they wore big smiles in the wake of their victory.

Gerard Pique captured naked

However, unknown to the Dutchman, his footage had picked a naked Pique on the background.

Alves and Depay sported street clothes having already showered - but were totally unaware Pique was yet to dress up as recorded the video.

"A lot of flow," Depay captioned the video which he shared with his more than 14 million followers.

Hawkeyed followers were quick to sight a naked Pique, with one noting:

"Weird atmosphere in the locker room."

Meanwhile, Barcelona's huge win over Osasuna during the Sunday, March 14, clash saw them cement their place in the top four.

The Catalan giants are currently placed third on the La Liga standings with 51 points, five off second-placed Sevilla.
