Manchester United manager, Ralf Rangnick had revealed the Portuguese forward had injured his hip flexor prior to the Manchester derby which forced him to drop the striker.
According to a report via The Sun, Ronaldo showed up in his Range Rover on Tuesday, March 8, and was the last to leave the Carrington training base much to the surprise of his teammates.
Cristiano Ronaldo is believed to be unhappy at being left out of the team to play Manchester City and was reported to have flown to Portugal before the game.
