Jose Mourinho could be banned for up to three matches after getting sent off in Roma’s Seria A game against Verona on Saturday, February 19.
Roma had come from two goals down to earn a point in the game against Verona with substitutes Cristian Volpato and Edoardo Bove saving the blushes of the Portuguese team.
According to a report via The Sun, Mourinho had accused center referee Pairetto of being a Juventus spy after disagreeing with some decisions by the official.
Pairetto’s brother Alberto has been working for Juventus for eight years in a commercial role and the former Manchester United manager had insinuated the center referee decisions were in favour of Juventus.
Roma and Juventus are currently in a neck and neck race alongside three other teams to finish in the top four of the Italian Serie A.
Mourinho vows to have a nice dinner after latest red card
Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho revealed he was going to have a nice dinner after getting sent off for Roma against Verona on Saturday, February 19.
Mourinho took to his Instagram account after the game to reveal his plans for the night despite not getting the sort of result he would have hoped for.
"Picture 1 ball possession-picture 2 direct football-picture, 3 I love this people and for them I fight-picture 4 I don’t talk is better to go home and have a nice dinner. Have a good Sunday."
