The youngster's displays in the English League has seen him become the talk of every Southampton game as the Saints move to tenth on the table.

How Southampton stunned Tottenham

Goals from Armando Broja, Che Adams and Mohamed Elyounoussi saw Southampton upset Tottenham Hotspur in one of the games of the season at the Spurs Stadium in north London.

The home side came into the match looking for three valuable points which would have seen them place heat on the other teams around them in the race for the Premier League's top four. The visitors were looking to get into the top half of the table with an unexpected victory.

The match will live long in the memory of those watched in the stands and at home, as both teams went hell-for-leather for the win in an absolute classic. No one can doubt that the Saints were deserved winners of the encounter.

Uncle of Mohammed Salisu reveals why he is reluctant to play for Ghana

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ahmed Yakubu, the uncle of Southampton defender, Mohammed Salisu, has revealed that his nephew's refusal to play for Ghana is because of how he was treated when he had the chance to play for the Black Starlets.

Salisu was denied a role in Ghana's U17 team for not paying money that was demanded by some members of the technical team, according to his uncle.

And that has haunted the young defender since, forcing him to reject any invite to the senior national team despite his splendid form for Southampton.
