The incident comes just months after the two lovebirds were rumoured to be headed for a split when Icardi was accused of allegedly cheating on Nara.

The pair's issues spilled over on social media, with an angry announcing her split with her star husband.

Her friend, Argentinian showbiz journalist Ker Weinstein, went on to suggest Nara and Icardi were no longer a thing.

"Bomb. Mauro and Wanda separated. A real shame. I hope they patch things up. There’s a woman who’s the third party. I’m in shock," she posted.

The couple seemed to have made up once again as they shared photos online playing happy families with their kids.

However, things do not seem to have worked out after Icardi reportedly unfollowed the blonde beauty.

The former Inter forward went on to change his profile picture before deleting his Instagram account altogether.

A quick spot-check by Sports Brief showed Icardi's Instagram profile is no longer available online all but proving the reports.

Mbappe set to become second-best paid player

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Kylian Mbappe is in line to become the second-best earning footballer in the world after reportedly agreeing a stunning deal to join Real Madrid in the summer.

The Frenchman was subject to transfer speculation in the last window, but PSG blocked the World Cup winner from departing.

However, according to reports, they will not be able to stop the forward from exiting Parc des Princes when his contract expires at the end of the season, with Madrid set to be his next destination.

The move will see the 23-year-old pocket an eye-watering €50million (£41m) per season at Real Madrid, joining an elite club of highest-earning players.
