Chris Hughton has arrived in Accra ahead of a meeting with the Ghana Football Association over the vacant Black Stars coaching job.
The former Brighton and Hove Albion manager has been linked with the Black Stars job following the dismissal of Milovan Rajevac after a disappointing Africa Cup of Nations.
In a photo posted on Twitter, sighted by SportsBrief.com, the 63-year-old was spotted with a pal before this week's reported meeting with the FA.
Hughton has been in Ghana for some days now, but he was in Cape Coast, where his part of his family originates.
And his arrival in Accra has intensified claims of him taking over the Black Stars job.
He last managed Nottingham Forest in the English Championship and has been inactive since 2021.

Earlier, SportsBrief.com reported that, Chris Hughton, the former manager of English Premier League clubs, Norwich and Brighton, has popped up on the radar of the Ghana Football Association as a candidate for the vacant Black Stars coaching job.
The GFA sacked Serbian trainer, Milovan Rajevac, after a poor Africa Cup of Nation showing in Cameroon.
And according tp a report by myjoyonline, Chris Hughton has been earmarked as the man to replace Milovan Rajevac.

The Ghana Football Association will be looking for a new Black Stars coach in the next few days after confirming the sacking of Serbian trainer Milovan Rajevac.
