Emmanuel Gyasi handed Italian giants AC Milan a bitter start to 2022 after netting the match winner for Spezia in their serie A encounter at the San Siro.
The Black Stars forward, who was snubbed for the Africa Cup of Nations, seems to hold a cool head as he continues to flourish with lowly Spezia with his fourth goal of the season handing them a 2-1 win at AC Milan.
In photos posted Twitter, sighted by SportsBrief.com, Gyasi is seen celebrating with teammates as the battle for survival kicks of to a bright start in 2022.
Gyasi has been in phenomenal form for Thiago Motta's men who have climbed to 14th place with the big win in Milan.
The Italian giants, AC Milan, began the game in the best way after netting a first half opener through Rafael Leao.
But the visitor returned from the break strongly as Kevin Agudelo leaveled in the 64th minute, and with the last kick of the game, captain Emmanuel Gyasi fired home the winner.

Emmanuel Gyasi saw his childhood dream come true as he netted the winner against AC Milan, a club he admired as a youngster.
"Coming to San Siro and playing a match like this is a dream for any player and we are not in the skin of joy. We deserve to have won, we deserve an evening like this and we dedicate it to our fans who could not be with us today, but who nevertheless never fail to support us," he told Spezia's official website.

Earlier, SportsBrief.com reported that, Black Stars forward, Emmanuel Gyasi, opened his 2021/22 serie campaign with an outstanding goal as Spezia drew in their game against Cagliari on Monday.
The winger opened the scoring after a one-two with a teammate, before striking from outside the box to give Spezia the lead in the 2-2 draw against Cagliari.
In photos posted on the club's website, sighted by YEN.com.gh, the winger performed a Kangaroo dance for his maiden goal of the campaign.
