The Black Stars are up against a strong Atlas Lions side, but Rajevac believes the test game against Algeria has given him an idea of what to expect.
In the pre-match conference, the Serbian trainer explained the team is ready for the Nations Cup in Cameroon.
"The situation with players having to stay at their clubs totally affected our game preparations and we were suppose to play two matches before the Algeria match but had to be cancelled because we didn't have enough players," he started.
"Even many players arrived a day or two before the game, and these circumstances affected us but we got what we wanted and we are feeling confident and we know what we can do and we are very positive about the next match," he added.
Coach Milovan Rajevac is expected to end Ghana's 40-year wait for the Africa Cup of Nations by winning the tournament in Cameroon.
The Black Stars have not won Africa's elite competition since 1982, having been close three times in 1992, 2010 and 2015.
Milovan Rajevac was in charge when Ghana reached the final in 2010.

According to the 32-year-old, the Black Stars have just been unlucky at the competition after losing the finals three times since last winning the tournament 40 years ago.
