The World Boxing Council heavyweight title holder Tyson Fury will go head-to-head with Cameroonian Mixed Martial Artist Francis Ngannou in a blockbuster boxing match in Saudi Arabia.
Fans anticipate the encounter tagged the “Battle of the Baddest”, scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 28, in Saudi Arabia.
Fury goes into the fight with decades of boxing experience against Ngannou, who is making his debut in professional boxing.
The WBC title holder remains unbeaten as he begins preparation for the ultimate fight with Oleksandr Usyk, to crown the first undisputed heavyweight title holder in 23 years.
Back in January, Ngannou relinquished his UFC heavyweight title after leaving the MMA company, but he is billed for a return with the Professional Fighters League in 2024.
What is the prize money?
Fury has said, via the Mirror, that Ngannou will be earning $10m for the fight against Fury. Meanwhile, Derek Chisora has claimed, via The Sun, that Fury will be making $50m. That is not believed to factor in sponsorships.

Meanwhile, John Fury made an attempt to fight the legendary Mike Tyson during a chaotic press conference in Riyad, Saudi Arabia.
While things went well between Fury and Ngannou, the story was different between WBC champion’s dad and Iron Mike.
Mike Tyson had joked, announcing Ngannou as the winner of the bout, but John was unimpressed with the comments.
