American boxer Marquez Greer began vomiting inside the ring after being struck down by a tremendous body shot before the referee called off the fight.

The 26-year-old took on middleweight debutant Marquis Williams over the weekend in Gadsden, Alabama.

Greer was looking to end his losing streak in the ring, having suffered defeats in all his 15 bouts, with 14 by knockout.

It is interesting to note that 13 of those knockouts came inside the very first round, making it difficult to understand why he mounted the ring again on the night.

Unfortunately, Greer's torrid run continued as his latest outing will be hard to forget after he found himself on the wrong end of a body blow from Williams.

In a video shared on social media, the punch from Wiliams caused Greer to buckle his knees and throw up on the canvas.

One of the commentators said: "It looks like he's throwing up, you're talking about a serious case of indigestion."

Wembley considered to host megafight

Elsewhere, while Tyson Fury and Usyk have agreed to fight each other, a time and place for the bout are yet to be confirmed.

TalkSport reported that Wembley Stadium in London is now being considered as a venue, with April 29 earmarked as a possible date for the bout.

Saudi plans for megafight scrapped

The clash between the two champions was originally set to take place in Saudi Arabia, Essentially Sports confirmed.

However, the Middle Eastern country could not confirm whether their new Jeddah stadium would be completed in time to host the big fight, prompting the need to find a new venue.
