Boxing promoter, Eddie Hearn has tipped Gervonta Davis to beat Ryan Garcia in their proposed upcoming bout in April.
28-year-old Davis stopped Dominican opponent, Hector Luis Garcia after eight rounds in Washington on Saturday to retain his WBA 'regular' lightweight title.
The southpaw boxer has now extended his record to 28-0, with 26 knockouts, and is set to face fellow American, Ryan Garcia.
Pending the fight being made official, Matchroom Boxing promoter, Hearn believes Davis has the power to stop Garcia.

"I give Ryan Garcia a shot in this fight, for sure," Hearn told the DAZN Boxing Show, via Marca. "But if you ask me who wins, I say Tank Davis."
While Hearn ceded that Davis loses rounds, he wears down his opponents.
"He's got that pressure; he hits so hard, you can't disconnect against him."
The two touted American stars Davis (28-0, 26 KOs) and Garcia (23-0, 19 KOs) have been building up their bout for the better parts of the last three years.
Garcia dominates Emmanuel Tagoe
It was a disappointing evening for Ghanaian boxer, Emmanuel 'Game Boy' Tagoe in San Antonio, Texas after he was totally dominated by American fighter, Ryan Garcia.
Tagoe lost via a unanimous decision, with judges Tom Carusone (119-108), Lisa Giampa (118-109) and Ellis Johnson (119-108) all ruling in favour of the American.
In a video posted on social media, seen by Sports Brief, the 34-year-old lightweight boxer was overwhelmed by his American opponent.

Meanwhile, Sports Brief earlier reported that famous boxing promoter Hearn has confirmed negotiations for a possible fight between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.
Hearn, AJ's promoter, is currently in discussion with Wilder’s manager, Shelly Finkel for a possible blockbuster bout between the pair.
After the deal to take on Tyson Fury stalled, Joshua might not return to the boxing ring until the year 2023.
