Knucklehead is a 2010 American lowbrow comedy film starring Big Show (Paul Wight), Melora Hardin, Mark Feuerstein, and Dennis Farina. Mark Feuerstein, a con man, needs quick money after accruing a sizable debt to a crime boss.

After learning that the neighbourhood orphanage also urgently needs money, Mark persuades the head nun that one of the residents—a gentle giant named Big Show—can win the cash as a travelling fighter. The nun gives Mark and Big Show one week. As they travel through the South, Mark questions whether he will be able to carry out his plan to keep the entire sum for himself.

Teenager Cal Chetley (Devon Graye), who is book smart but not street smart, joins his Oklahoma high school's wrestling team after being bullied, seeing it as a way to reconnect with his estranged and wayward brother, Mike (John Cena).

His mother, Sharon (Patricia Clarkson), initially opposes Cal's choice, especially after she receives a call from Mike's jail cell and learns that Mike is secretly coaching Cal. Four years later, Frank and his partner Hannah take a group of delinquents - Christine, Kira, Michael, Tyson, Zoe, Melissa, Richie, and Russell to clean up the abandoned Blackwell Hotel in order to turn it into a homeless shelter, as explained by the owner Margaret. They are unaware that reclusive psychopath Jacob Goodnight has taken up residence in the rundown hotel.
