- UFC 300 will take place in 2024, and marquee names like Lesnar are being thrown about as returnees
Imagine Brock Lesnar running rampant in the UFC once again.
The former heavyweight champion is currently contracted to the WWE but has been name-dropped with a potential return to the MMA juggernaut.
The marquee event, UFC 300, is coming up next year, and Lesnar is a name that has been bandied about for a potential return.
As noted by BJ Penn, Dana White has commented on the possibility of the Beast Incarnate returning to the organisation.
“Brock looks good, doesn’t he? He always does,” White recently said when discussing the superstar.
While he admitted that Lesnar was still in fantastic shape, he believed it was too late for the 46-year-old to return.
“I think Brock’s done,” White said. “I don’t think he ever comes back.”
Lesnar last competed in the UFC in 2016 when he defeated Mark Hunt. He was then suspended for using PEDs and the fight was ruled a no-contest.
Lesnar’s impressive record UFC
Despite only competing in nine fights, Lesnar is known as one of the most impressive heavyweights to set foot in the Octagon.
As noted by Bleacher Report, he held the heavyweight title for more than 700 days and beat some of the top talent at the time.
A multiple-time WWE champion
Lesnar is still a massive pull in the WWE and it’s easy to see why.
Brock will forever be known as the man who snapped The Undertaker’s streak at WrestleMania and has won numerous championships in the business.
