Israel Adesanya isn't holding back when it comes to his thoughts about Dricus du Plessis.
The Nigerian-born New Zealander wants to fight the South African next and is still upset with him over recent comments.
As noted by MMA Mania, du Plessis spoke about possibly winning gold in the UFC and taking the belt back to Africa. He added that previous African champions no longer lived on the continent, so the belts never went back to Africa. Israel Adesanya, Francis Ngannou and Kamaru Usman are all African-born fighters who won gold in the organisation. Adesanya took offence to the comments, believing that du Plessis questioned his legitimacy as an African fighter.
He then threatened to drag his carcass across South Africa, to teach him a lesson, MMA Fighting reported.
