Jones won the UFC Heavyweight title in spectacular fashion as he beat Gane by submission in the first round, BBC reported.

Jon 'Bones' Jones made light work of Ciryl Gane on Saturday in Las Vegas to become the new UFC heavyweight champion.

Jones (27-1 MMA) delivered a first-round victory to become the third fighter to win titles in the Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight divisions.
