American tennis legend, Serena Williams is amazed by the level of development of the sport in Ghana.
The 20-time Grand Slam winner reacted after spotting photos from the 2023 National Junior Tournament, currently ongoing in Accra.
Williams took to social media to express her excitement, sharing some photos from the event on her IG story, per Graphic.
She posted: "This is amazing to see."

The National Junior Tournament started on March 31 and will run through to May, as the best tennis players in the country are assembled for the national team.
Ghana is widely known for football when it comes to sports but in recent times, attention has shifted to other disciplines including tennis.
Although the country is yet to make major strides in the court sport, the country's tennis body is putting measures in place to unearth the next star.
Meanwhile, Williams retired from tennis in 2022 after the US Open last year.
The tennis star enjoyed a stellar career which saw her win 23 singles Grand Slams, 14 doubles, and two mixed doubles titles.
She is widely regarded as the greatest female tennis player of all-time.
Williams opens up on retirement
Earlier, Sports Brief reported on tennis superstar, Williams revealing plans to retire from tennis after the US Open, closing the door on her successful career.
The 40-year-old said, according to an issue of Vogue at the time, that she planned on ‘evolving’ away from the sport to concentrate on her family.

Williams baptised in a church
Sports Brief also reported on Williams undergoing a Jehovah's Witness baptism, a significant milestone for the 41-year-old retired tennis star.
The 23-time Grand Slam winner was baptised on January 8 this year at the Jehovah's Witness Assembly in West Palm Beach, Florida in America.
According to Sportskeeda, Serena was raised in the religion by her family while her daughter, Olympia is being brought up in the doctrine as well.
