Rugby World Cup champion Bongi Mbonambi has flaunted his beautiful wife, Anastacia, as he continues to celebrate the prestigious title.
South Africa managed a 12-11 victory over New Zealand in a highly entertaining final in Paris to retain the title.
Mbonambi was alleged to have racially abused Tom Curry during last month’s Rugby World Cup semi-final, but he seems to have moved on.
According to him, the situation arose because Curry failed to realise he was speaking Afrikaans, a common practice among the Springboks to ensure opponents do not understand their messages.
However, the 32-year-old took to social media to celebrate his beautiful wife, thanking her for her role in his life.
The star also thanked South African fans for rallying around the Springboks during the tournament. He wrote on Instagram:
“Still taking it all in… thank you Mzansi. But here is to my beautiful wife, the true champion of the family. Thank you for being an amazing wife and an awesome mom.
“You have seen me at my best and at my worst , and still you always by my side. Thank you, Esa and I love you.”
