The South African Rugby Union has moved to ensure that the scandal involving Springbok flyhalf Elton Jantjies and Zeenat Simjee does not happen again.

The country's rugby governing body has issued a directive that will tighten the rules and regulations surrounding intimate relationships between its employees.

According to IOL via Afrikaans, the directive has been in place since the first of January. It entails that "internal relationships" are allowed, but must be disclosed to a line manager. Should they be between a senior and their junior, the senior manager must be informed.
