Arnold Schwarzenegger hilariously pointed out why he feels the legendary Ronald Coleman won more Mr. Olympia titles than him as the two bodybuilding legends recently linked up for a workout.

It is impossible to mention bodybuilding as a sport without mentioning Schwarzenegger and Coleman, as the two have 15 Mr. Olympias titles between them.

Arnie won the title eight times, including a controversial win in 1980, while Ronnie dominated the competition from 1998 to 2005 before being dethroned by his long-term rival, Jay Cutler.

While Schwarzenegger is considered from the 'golden era' of bodybuilding, Coleman is largely regarded as one of the pioneers of the 'mass-monster era', when bodybuilding became more about size and proportion than symmetry.

However, the two have in common their dedication to the gym, as they have consistently continued with their workout regimes well into their respective 50s and 70s.

In a recent video posted on Ronnie Coleman's Youtube channel, the eight-time Mr. Olympia linked up with 76-year-old Schwarzenegger for a workout, which entailed shoulders and arms.

While working on the shoulder press machine, Coleman maintained his intensity despite his ailments and frail back from all his post-retirement surgeries, doing an impressive 15 reps per set.

This was in contrast to Schwarzenegger, whose reps ranged from 8-12, with The Terminator actor quickly pointing out his fellow bodybuilding icon's work ethic.

“Look at those reps. How can anyone keep up with this stuff?” Arnie commented. “Oh, man! You see - that’s the difference between this eight-time Mr. Olympia and a mere seven times.”

Ronnie saw the funny side as he urged his training partner of the day on, with the two doing several more sets before moving to the triceps machine.
