A day after sinking an unbelievable hole-in-one, Golden State Warriors superstar, Stephen Curry clinched the American Century Championship after making an eagle on the par-5 18th hole at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course on the shores of Lake Tahoe.
Shortly after winning, Curry shared a cute moment with his 5-year-old son, Canon. The moment was captured on video and it went viral, just like his hole-in-one had.
After winning the celebrity tournament, Curry celebrated by embracing his son, who was standing on the edge of the course. Canon and his father had an interesting conversation.
Canon asked, 'Did you win?' and the Warriors star answered, 'Yes, we did'. The 5-year-old's question was met with chuckles from fans standing nearby, per NBC Sports.
After a disappointing NBA season with the Warriors, Curry stole the show this weekend with his ace, which even got a reaction out of LeBron James and many other NBA stars.
Curry wins American Century Championship
The NBA veteran drained an 18-foot eagle putt on the final hole to capture the American Century Championship in dramatic fashion on Sunday. It was his first title in the celebrity golf tournament.
Curry had to make an eagle on the par-5 18th hole to win the event, and he made no mistake, sinking a closing eagle to grab the biggest victory of his golfing career, per ESPN.
He threw his hat into the air after the putt dropped and ran straight into the arms of his wife, Ayesha, to celebrate the win.
