Butler and the Heat are no pushovers. As we saw in the first round, they can be a problem even to the best teams in the league. Butler's heroics lifted the Heat past the Milwaukee Bucks in five games.

Therefore, the Celtics will face a team that will have another point to prove.

Butler is having a phenomenal postseason. He's averaging 31.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 5.4 assists in the postseason. That includes a historic 56-point performance in Game 4 of the first round against Milwaukee, per Bleacher Report.

Butler sends warning to Celtics

Butler believes this is their year to win the championship. The Heat last won the league in 2013 with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade,

“This year is our year," Butler said. "We’re going to go into this Game 1 and do what we’re supposed to do and be the first one to four. We are very capable of it. We have enough. Guys are playing some incredible basketball. I like our chances, as does everyone in this organization,” via Fadeaway World.

Some may see the Heat as the weakest team remaining in the playoffs; on paper, at least, but they shouldn't be written off.

'Playoff Jimmy'

Sports Brief earlier reported on Butler saying the 'Playoff Jimmy' nickname is not a thing after they beat the Bucks in Game 4 in Round 1.

Butler scored 56 points in the clash to help his team narrowly win 119-114 and take a 3-1 series lead before they won in five games. He averaged 22.9 points in the regular season.

"It's not a thing. It's not. I just be hooping."
