- Stephen Curry says the Golden State Warriors will tap into their experience in Game 4 versus the Los Angeles Lakers
- The Warriors lost Game 3 by 30 points
- The reigning NBA champions have been in this position before during their dynasty run
The Golden State Warriors head into Game 4 against the Los Angeles Lakers in familiar territory. Down 2-1, and the need to avoid going 3-1 down.
Stephen Curry has been in this position before and feels they can use their experience to even the series.
They have won four NBA titles in eight years, and in all of those seasons, they have faced the prospect of going 3-1 or 3-0 down. In their last series against the Sacramento Kings, they went 2-0 in the first two games but roared back to win the series.
In last season's NBA Finals, they were 2-1 down against the Boston Celtics and had to play Game 4 on the road at TD Garden. Curry scored 43 points in that game, and they never looked back.

Curry positive ahead of Game 4
The two-time NBA MVP said they will tap into their experience in Game 4.
"There's been a lot of [talk] about Memphis [in] the very first [championship] run that we had, to Houston in [2017] and [2018] for different reasons," Curry told reporters Sunday. "Memphis last year, Game 4 in Boston last year."
Still, they face a 20-year veteran in James who has seen and done it all. Curry is still excited about Game 4.
"There's a lot of things you can kind of tap into in terms of experiences that we've had where we've been on the road kind of against the ropes, and we responded. This is a very similar situation, but it requires something different based on this team. And I'm excited about that opportunity."
