Golden State Warriors talisman, Stephen Curry has said there is no timeline for his return to NBA action from a lower leg injury that has kept him out since February 4, 2023.
The 2022 NBA Finals MVP is having his second spell out with injury this season amid a difficult period for his team.
He spent nearly a month on the sidelines with a shoulder injury in December 2022 and January this year.
The Warriors beat the Washington Wizards 135-126, their second win after the 34-year-old went down against the Dallas Mavericks on February 4.

The reigning champions went 5-6 through the 11 games he missed with a shoulder injury. Steve Kerr's side have struggled for consistency all season and have a 29-28 record this season.
Even with Curry in the team, they have fumbled double-digit leads in several games. Nevertheless, they have demonstrated why they won the NBA title last season and therefore, they shouldn't be written off.
Curry on leg injury
The two-time MVP was diagnosed with partial tears to his superior tibiofibular ligaments, interosseous membrane, and a contusion to his left leg after colliding with Mavericks guard, McKinley Wright IV.
He is yet to do basketball activities on the court but has been biking and lifting weights. He says he's taking one step at a time.
"It's a slow process early, letting everything settle, let the healing process start. The goal right now is just trying to let it heal while you maintain as much of your strength and conditioning. Keeping everything as active as possible around the injury," he said via ESPN.

NBADespite an inconsistent season, Curry hopes the team can finish this week strong ahead of the 2023 NBA All-Star break.
"[I am] very optimistic that we can finish these last two games strong and get the All-Star break. Get refreshed mentally and physically."
Against the Wizards, Andrew Wiggins led all Warriors with 29 points, followed by Klay Thompson with 27. In total, six players finished with double figures in points, per AP.
They play the LA Clippers in their last game before the All-Star break. They will have nine days before their next game, which will be against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Sports Brief also reported on Curry and his wife, Ayesha looking fashionable at the official screening of his documentary, Stephen Curry: Underrated, at Sundance.
Ayesha opted for a brown jumpsuit, a leather jacket and crocodile leather boots, while Stephen wore a white long-sleeve zip-up sweater with a dark blue gilet.
The documentary was produced by Ryan Coogler and follows Curry's career as an unheralded college prospect to the 2022 NBA triumph with the Warriors.
