Defending NBA champions, Golden State Warriors bounced back from a painful defeat to the Brooklyn Nets by beating bitter rivals, Memphis Grizzlies 122-120 in an engrossing game at the Chase Center.
The moment of the game came towards the end of the fourth quarter, when Stephen Curry was ejected for the third time in his career.
The 2022 NBA Finals MVP missed the final 74 seconds of the game due to a bizarre series of events. After Donte DiVincenzo grabbed a rebound from a missed Klay Thompson jumper, he passed to Poole, whose decision-making angered Curry.
The young guard then attempted a quick three-pointer and missed. The star was livid about the decision, seemingly because Poole didn't pass the ball to him.
