James on Lakers problems
After the game, James dissected the Lakers struggles. He said since the team is depleted, they will need to reduce errors in their game until their teammates get back, per SI.
"Until some of our big guys, some of our key guys get back... with AD, and AR and Lonnie, guys who are huge in our rotation, we have to continue how we played the last couple games. We're trying to play mistake-free basketball."
The Lakers last three losses came by four points in double overtime to the Dallas Mavericks, by one point against the Philadelphia 76ers and by five to a Kings team without Domantas Sabonis, per ESPN.
Darvin Ham's team have struggled to close out games recently, but they are missing key rotation players. They are 20-25 this season and have a tough run coming up.
