Kerr gives update on Curry
According to NBC Sports, Kerr said Curry is getting closer to action, adding that he has begun on-court training.
"He's been doing a lot of stuff on the court. So, he's getting a lot of good work in, he's really coming along well and everything is progressing."
The Warriors have started their eight-game home-stand with a three-game winning streak, and are hoping to continue the run when they host the Portland Trail Blazers on New Year's Eve.
The team has demonstrated that they are a different team without Curry. Their last three wins have seen some young players rise to the occasion to stop the poor run.
Curry is averaging 30 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.8 assists per game, on 50 per cent shooting from the field in 26 games this season, per the Athletic.
