A depleted Golden State Warriors suffered another blowout loss to the Brooklyn Nets, losing 113-143 a day after losing by 38 at Madison Square Garden to the New York Knicks.
The Warriors have now lost three of their last ten games and are below .500, a disappointing return after winning their seventh NBA title a few months ago.
Steve Kerr's side were missing five important rotation players. The defeat in Brooklyn sees them slip 3-16 on the road. Overall, they are 15-18 and tip off an eight-game homestand.
However, with Stephen Curry out for a few more weeks, there are no signs things will change given some of those games are not a walk in the park, per Bleacher Report.

The Warriors finished the game with 21 turnovers which resulted in 26 Nets points. Furthermore, the Nets hammered the Warriors in the first half, scoring a franchise-record 91 points.

Fans on social media were unforgiving, especially with the dreadful first half. The 40-point differential is also the largest halftime deficit by a reigning champion in NBA history, per ESPN.
