Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry was back to his old tricks against Boston Celtics when he sunk an outrageous no-look three.

The game was a rematch of the 2022 NBA Finals and the Warriors showed why they pipped the Celtics to the title a few months ago.

Steve Kerr's men began the game brilliantly winning the first quarter 33-25. The Celtics were considered the best team in the NBA this season but Curry and his teammates were impressive all night.

The Celtics won the second quarter 38-35 but with Jayson Tatum struggling, they couldn't maintain their momentum in the third quarter.

The warriors were inspired by excellent performances by the Splash Brothers who scored a combined 66 points, ESPN notes.

Their defence also drove the Warriors to an impressive win as they try to build momentum ahead of their upcoming six-game road trip.

They are 2-11 away from Chase Centre and are hoping to end their dreadful road form.

Curry's no-look three

Curry was good against the Celtics. The two-time MVP scored 32 points on 12-of-21 shooting, including six 3-pointers.

He capped off a solid first quarter for his team with a ridiculous no-look buzzer-beating three-pointer.

With the clock winding down, the 34-year-old got Celtics forward Sam Hauser on a switch and put some moves on him before connecting a step-back 3-pointer as the buzzer rang.

In true Curry fashion, he turned his back on his 30-foot attempt before it went through the net, NBC Sports reports.

Curry now has a catalogue of no-look three-point shots which is absurd even for him.

Warriors last-second collapse in Utah

Sports Brief earlier reported on the Warriors' shocking collapse in the last second against Utah Jazz in their last match before they played the Celtics.

The seven-time NBA champions had a four-point lead in Salt Lake City with 13.3 seconds left on the clock. This was a commendable effort since they had to fight back after trailing by 12 points in the third quarter.

With 7.8 seconds remaining on the clock, Ty Jerome inbounded the ball to Jordan Poole. Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Kelly Olynyk pressured the Warriors guard, knocking the ball out of his hands.

The mistake resulted in Simone Fontecchio dunking on the other end, putting the hosts up one. In a heartbeat, the Warriors had lost.
