- Golden State Warriors season has suffered a major blow as Stephen Curry has been ruled out for a few weeks with an injury
- Curry suffered a shoulder injury in his team's loss against Indiana Pacers
- The Warriors are on a tough road trip and have won just two away from Chase Center
Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry will be out of NBA action for two weeks with a shoulder injury.
Reports claim the All-NBA point guard suffered a left shoulder subluxation during the Warriors' defeat against the Indiana Pacers which extended their poor away record.
Towards the end of the third quarter, Curry attempted to steal the ball away from Pacers' Jalen Smith but clutched his shoulder moments later.
He appeared to be in pain and the team called a timeout to examine the 35-year-old. The team sent him to the locker room and confirmed he won't return to the game.

The legendary guard had 38 points in 30 minutes hitting 11 of 19 shots, including five 3-pointers when he checked out of the game.
The timeline for his return has not yet been provided by the team but he is expected to miss a few weeks, per the Athletic.
What Curry's injury means
Steve Kerr's side will be massively affected by Curry's absence. The seven-time NBA champions have outscored teams by i51 points and have been outscored by 127 points when he's not on the team.
They are 10th in the West and can't seem to arrest their dreadful away form which could get worse as they play the Sixers, Raptors, Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks in their next four games, which are all away from Chase.

NBA"We're in a tough stretch. Maybe it's going to get tougher if Steph's out for a while. I mean, if he's out, it will for sure get tougher," said Kerr, per NBC Sports.
Curry is expected to miss the Christmas Day showdown with Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies at Chase Center. He is also expected to miss at least seven games.
They are 14-15 for the season and 2-13 on the road. Their star point guard has missed just three games in the Warriors' 29 matches and the defending NBA champions have lost all three.
Curry no-look three
Sports Brief earlier reported on Curry sinking an outrageous no-look three-pointer against the Boston Celtics.
With the clock winding down, the 34-year-old got Celtics forward Sam Hauser on a switch and put some moves on him before connecting a step-back 3-pointer as the first-quarter buzzer rang.
In true Curry fashion, he turned his back on his 30-foot attempt before it went through the net.
