The wait goes on for Lewis Hamilton to find out if he is an 8-time World Champion.
The British driver could be handed the 2021 title if Red Bull are found guilty of cost cap breaches and Max Verstappen has points deducted from his total last season.
Verstappen finished only eight points above Hamilton after winning the final race of the season, the controversial Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
The FIA are currently busy with an investigation into whether Red Bull breached the cost cap regulations which prevented teams from overspending to gain an extra advantage.

The results of the investigation were due to be released on October 5 but the FIA have since announced that they were still busy with the process and would only make findings public on October 10.
Sky Sports earlier reported that no Formula 1 team would face severe punishment for going above the budget cap.
“Sky Sports News understands only "minor" breaches of the cap have been made, which is an overspend of less than five per cent and would carry less severe penalties.”
However, the FIA denied that any findings had yet been made.

Hamilton recently suggested that Red Bull definitely had an advantage last season and more upgrades than Mercedes.
He added that if they were able to have as many upgrades as Red Bull did, they would have been able to compete more, Daily Express reported. Verstappen has since responded to the accusations, saying that his job was just to drive.
