It’s safe to say that Kylian Mbappe won’t be giving up football for Mixed Martial Arts anytime soon.

The Paris Saint-Germain superstar was in attendance at PSL Europe 3 in France alongside some of his teammates and was stunned at what he saw.

Mbappe was speechless when he watched fellow Frenchman Cedric Doumbe finish his fight in nine seconds.

Cameras turned to Mbappe after the knockout, and the French forward was visibly stunned. Fellow teammate Achraf Hakimi also looked amazed at the performance.

The former Glory kickboxing champion made his debut for the PFL and finished off Jordan Zebo in emphatic fashion. Doumbe caught an attempted kick by Zebo and landed a vicious knockout punch.

As noted by Bloody Elbow, Doumbe said that he knew he would knock out his opponent.

“That’s one of the best preparations that I ever did in combat sports.
“I feel in shape. Everything was settled to knock him out. I knew I would knock him out. That’s what I expected,” he said.

Doumbe has now improved his record to five wins out of five fights, Tapology confirmed.

Cyril Gane invites Mbappe to UFC

Ciryl Gane is gearing up for the chance to fight for the UFC Heavyweight title once again.

The Frenchman will meet a returning Jon Jones at UFC 285 in March for the vacant title, Sports Brief previously reported.

Gane even invited Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe to attend the fight against the former Light Heavyweight champion.

Francis Ngannou meets Kylian Mbappe

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe meeting Ngannou in Cameroon when he visited the central African nation.

The French star arrived in Yaoundé with his father last month for a three-day visit, which included a meeting with high-ranking officials over his plans.

The 2018 World Cup winner received a surprise invite from MMA star Ngannou, who treated the PSG forward to the famous Cameroonian dish - Ndole.
