Harry Kane has expressed happiness after becoming the second English player in history to score 50 goals for the England national team stressing that he wants to continue shinning.

The Tottenham striker on Tuesday night, 7 June, recorded his name in gold after scoring for England in their 1-1 draw against Germany in the Nations League encounter.

Jonas Hofmann opened the scoring for Germany in the 50th minute and England had to wait until the 88th minute when Borussia Dortmund’s Nico Schlotterbeck fouled Harry Kane in the box.

A penalty was given to England and Harry Kane stepped forward to score sending Manuel Neuer the wrong way.

“A really nice feeling, you know. I had a couple of early chances in the game. Obviously the first one over the bar and then Neuer made a good save for the second.

Harry Kane rescues a point for England against Germany

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Harry Kane cancelled out Jonas Hoffman's goal to move to within three goals of breaking Wayne Rooney's record.
