Asisat Oshoala on Sunday evening, 5 March, continued with her impressive form this season in the Primera Division scoring for Barcelona Femeni in 5-0 win over Villarreal.

The Nigerian striker once again proved herself in front of the home fans as she produced another superb display that gave her side an emphatic win over the opponents.

Playing at home, Oshoala and her teammates started the game impressively, but they had to wait until the 21st minute before the Nigerian star opened the scoring for Barcelona.

According to the report on Complete Sports, Salma Ayingono scored the second goal for Femeni in the 38th minute as the first half ended with the hosts taking a two-goal lead into the dressing room.

Caroline Hansen scored a second half hat-trick to complete the rout and was also named as the woman of the match.

As things stand now, Oshoala currently leads the Spanish Iberdola golden boot race with 19 goals and two assists from 19 matches.

After 20 games, Barcelona Femeni is also topping the league table with 60 points winning all their games so far.
