The quarterfinal matches of the ongoing 2022 Africa Women Cup of Nations (AWCON) are slated for Wednesday, July 13 and Thursday, July, 14, as eight teams compete not only for a berth in the semifinals.

None of the four teams in action on Wednesday have qualified for the Women's World Cup before.
On Thursday, the first match will involve Cameroon and Nigeria at Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca, followed by South Africa tackling Tunisia at Stade Moulay Hassan in Rabat.
