Samuel Chukwueze has finally cleared the air on speculation linking him with a move to the Premier League, with the Nigerian international claiming he is happy to remain in Spain for the time being.
The 23-year-old has been linked with Arsenal since last year, with the Gunners' chiefs said to be preparing to make Villarreal an offer in the summer.
There are reports that Arsenal coach, Mikel Arteta wants Chukwueze at the Emirates Stadium as a form of competition for England international, Bukayo Saka.
Chukwueze's goals for Villarreal
The Nigerian star has featured in 26 La Liga games this season for Villarreal and has been able to register four goals.

His team is currently occupying sixth position on the Spanish league table and are aiming to finish among the top four at the end of the season.
According to the report by Complete Sports, Chukwueze explained that he is not thinking about any other club than Villarreal at this stage.

“For now, I’m just focused on Villarreal. Any rumour that you are listening to now, maybe in the future it will happen, but for now, I am a Villarreal player.''
Meanwhile, Chukwueze is expected to play for Nigeria on March 27 in their second tie against Guinea-Bissau.

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported on Super Eagles forward, Chukwueze scoring and creating an assist for Villarreal in their 2-1 win over Getafe last month.
