Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa is celebrating his 30th birthday as he shares a sensational and inspiring message on social media.
The pacey forward, who is Nigeria’s record scorer at the FIFA World Cup with four goals, is also the country’s most-capped player with 107 matches.
Musa was born in Jos, the capital of Plateau State, on October 14, I992, and he started his career with local club JUTH FC in 2008.
One year later, he went on loan to NPFL club Kano Pillars and spent two seasons there before being snapped up by Dutch club VVV-Venlo.

He has played for top clubs in Europe, including CSKA Moscow and Leicester City, as well as Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Nassr.
The former Nigeria U20 star currently plays for Turkish club Sivasspor, joining the outfit from rival Super Lig side Fatih Karagumruk this summer.
As he turns 30, Musa wrote:

Musa recuperating from injury
Sports Brief earlier reported that Musa shared a picture of his first appearance days after successful surgery on his arm.
The former Leicester City star, who is currently playing for Sivasspor, was spotted taking the picture after which he offered some wise advice for his fans.
Due to the injury sustained, Musa was unable for selection for the Super Eagles international friendly game against Algeria, which the Foxes won 2-1.
